Overview

The bank has a truly global presence and a significant estate with a well established outsourced supply chain.  Neller Davies was approached to undertake an audit of their existing international FM partner against the scope of works that had originally been tendered.  Locations covered included, amongst other countries: Russia, China, India and the UK.  We undertook a gap analysis of tendered versus delivered work, living wage payment, productivity rates and material costs across soft and hard services.  The audit spanned different regulatory boundaries, cultures and currencies.  We reviewed the application of contract variations through the complete supply chain and provided transparency around regional and country level inflationary increases throughout the term of the contract.

The facilities management data gathered was then benchmarked against a range of international FM Operators to inform a Board decision on whether to revisit the market or extend the incumbent providers contractual arrangement.
