Butterfield Bank in Bermuda has achieved recognition as a runner-up in the IWFM Impact Awards Collaboration category for its outstanding project rollout based on Vested ‘Getting to We’ principles.
Working with Butterfield and ReGen (the on-island facilitiesmanagement provider), Neller Davies helped to foster a truly unified team approach, implemented an SFG20 compliant CAFM system, and made a substantial impact on bank staff working across the island.
The project is not only yielding tangible cost savings and operational enhancements but has also established an integrated, relationship-focused facilities management approach.
To become finalists at the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) Impact Awards in the first year of operation was amazing, especially given the strong competition. It shows that with a great deal of commitment and shared vision that collaboration can absolutely work.
