Catering in this sector faces numerous challenges, including budgeting, staffing, and sourcing. Julian consistently advocates for innovation, aiming to enhance the experience and wellbeing of those receiving meals. This includes patients in hospitals, for whom food is essential for recovery, as well as staff members who require nutritious meals to fuel and energise them for the day ahead.
