We’re pleased to announce that Neller Davies as been working in collaboration with Quality Trusted Solutions to launch an Estates Maintenance Services Framework. This new framework aims to provide critical support for building systems, including CCTV, access control, fire detection, lift maintenance and more, ensuring operational efficiency, safety and compliance across a variety of sectors.
This collaboration comes as QTS seeks to create a four-year framework agreement starting in June 2025 that will streamline the procurement of hard FM Services for the NHS and public sector clients.
